THE 5000 PROFESSSIONAL CARE 5000 IS OKAY. I REALLY CAN’T SEE A BIG DIFFERENCE IN THE CLEANING OF MY TEETH. I PREVIOUSLY OWNED A CHEAPER ORAL B MODEL TOOTHBRUSH WHICH SEEMS TO WORK THE SAME. THE TOOTH BRUSH HEADS ARE INTERCHANGEABLE ON BOTH OF THESE MODELS. I BELIEVE WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE IS THE BRUSH HEAD ITSELF AS IT CLEANS THE TEETH. THE WIRELESS SMART GUIDE’S CLOCK CAN ONLY BE SET AT 12:00. IF YOU ARE USING IT AS A CLOCK AS WELL, BE SURE IT IS EITHER 12 NOON OR 12 MIDNIGHT WHEN YOU SET THE TIME. YOU REALLY DON’T NEED THIS PART AS IT ONLY TELLS YOU WHEN THE RECOMMENDED TIME OF 2 MINUTES IS DONE. THIS PART IS NOT WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY.

I’ve used electric tooth brushes for quite sometime, this one blows them away. It is a little noisier than some other ones, but that doesn’t bother me as I’m usually listening to something on the radio anyways. This is as close to a professional cleaning feel I’ve ever gotten from a toothbrush. I would strongly recommend this brush if you want the best.
