Holiday World Tours, Philippine Explorer Travel Agency : Disneyland Gone Bad!

We bought a tour package to Disneyland from Philippine Explorer Travel Agency who partnered with Holiday World Tours only to find out at the middle of our trip that we won’t be going to Disneyland. We were abandoned, left nothing but ourselves to worry about our Disneyland trip.

Its just that, we paid for their service but still, rude service is what we have received. And we paid them too much for us to be treated like this.

hahaha… Most Chinese are really like that. They tend to be very commercialized and no customer service at all. So, yeah don’t expect them to approach you with sympathy and “respect”. for them, it’s just business! money! that’s it! Let’s get the biz done! No nothing or whatsoever, just plain biz.
Beware of these travel agencies in case you have got plans of traveling to Hong Kong or the Philippines: Philippine Explorer Travel Agency and Holiday World Tours Ltd.

Yes we’re planning to file a formal complaint but we are going through the standard operating procedure. We’ve sent a demand letter to Philippine Explorer because we bought the package from them. We’re still waiting for their reply. A second demand letter is on the way, three days from now if they won’t call us back for updates.

Dude that sucks. I’d kill those bastards when I get the chance. Have you filed any formal complaint? I’d do that if I were you. You’ve got a good case against them. They ought to pay for the damages and inconveniences you’ve encountered.

Yes. That’s why we already file a case against the agency. Ours is, we are not familiar to the place, what if were are lost? can we go back home?? we are still lucky because we are able to bring money with us and ride taxi back to hotel.

I can’t even imagine visiting a foreign country and the guide abandons the vacationers. This would definitely be a nightmare!

The trip i had was unpleasant and indeed stressful. We buy tour packages instead of going there by ourselves because we want everything to be ironed out. The problem was, the agency we bought the tour package from (PHILIPPINE EXPLORER TRAVEL AGENCY) was irresponsible. What’s worse, the other partner travel agency in Hong Kong (HOLIDAY WORLD TOURS) was also the same. JAMES, the tour guide didn’t even try to help us. He just told us that our names weren’t on his lists so there’s nothing he can do!

we encountered the same thing in his hand. he asked us also to pay him the said amount. the management of his workplace “holiday world tours ltd.”should make a move regarding this problem. We feed your company to stay in business, so better treat your tourists in good manner.
MrCouple3, do contact your group and inform them about this video and ask them to leave their comment. We should inform everybody and warn them, because they might encounter the same problem.

oh yes!! we encountered the same thing with James! I don’t like him really! And I can’t afford anymore to come back on the same agency, the Holiday World Tours Ltd., he is very rude. I really don’t like his service!! He asked us to pay him a $50HD as a cumpolsary tip for himself and for the driver! This is my first time to encounter this kind tour guide. I won’t come back there anymore!! good luck to your rude service and attitude!! hope you succeed to your rude career! tnx for the rudeness!
